The onion rings are stupid good. Everything great. The chili cheese dog is fierce! They will cook your burger well done unless you specify otherwise. But even well done my Texas burger was bangin! We also got the cookie alamode, definitely enough to split with another person and it was yummmm. Service was fast and friendly.

Our car broke down and we had to wait for a ride here. They were SO kind! Brought our food out really quickly (and it was all delicious), our waiter was very sympathetic, and he brought our kids all free ice cream after. I'd definitely recommend this location!!

I evacuated from Hurrican Helene from Florida and was in one of the hotels down the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of your establishment. I was greeted by the guy at the front desk and was shown where to pickup online orders. My food was waiting for me and was cooked and ready at the time it was supposed to be. That was a huge plus! The food was fantastic!! It was more than enough and lasted 2 days. If I'm ever back, I will be sure to try you guys again. Thank you!

Definitely recommend mugshot burgers. I have a very wide selection of hamburgers and other sandwiches. The service was fast friendly and efficient. Stop into mugshots for a burger and fries and you won't be disappointed.

Very pleased with our waiter. I didnt get his name but he was very helpful and such a good guy! My son is a year old when when we first got there he was super hungry and started hurting from cutting teeth, when he asked for our drink order it was so hard to process what he was asking in the beginning trying to deal with the situation. He asked what my son liked and I told him I was gonna try to order a peanut butter sandwich one of his favorites but it wasn't on the menu well of course he definitely made it happen and it made my boy very happy and he very much enjoyed it. I don't live in the area but I will be back

Server Ansley was freaking awesome, if you want a good server request her for sure. She stayed on point .. and recommend menu items . Food was hot and fresh. Hamburger was delicious. Smells great

We arrived early afternoon on the Sunday before Labor Day. We were seated right away. Firstly, the environment is extremely clean to include the bathrooms. our sweet waiter was very quick and helped us with ordering. I ordered the steak burger with a fried egg. it was insanely delicious. the bread was so soft and the burger had so much flavor. highly recommend! my husband ordered the texan burger and it was also amazing! we cut our burgers in half and split each one. The fried were sooooo good. i got sweet potato fries and he got the regular ones. both were delicious. my mother in law ordered the a1 steak sauce burger and she said it was amazing as well. my father in law ordered the shrimp pasta and he said it was not good at all. he said there was no flavor and the sauce was very watery. the bread that came with it was also hard and just not good so i don’t recommend the pasta! To be fair, he asked the waiter what she recommended, and she said either a burger or a salad but she didn’t say anything about the pasta! anyways, i will 100% be back for a burger because it was so so soooo good!!!! and our service was phenomenal!

I can't say enough good things about the food here. Service was great. Friendly staff, attentive. This was one of the best burgers I've had in my travels. The savell had me full and happy. Fries were exceptional too. Crispy and hot. I can see how this chain earned their accolades!
